For the month of August, Michelle and Seth will be focusing on a new series dedicated to looking at the Stages of Power. Following the work of Janet O. Hagberg, they evaluate the different definitions of power and look at the 6 stages of power people go through in their life from a psychological lens. Throughout this series, Michelle and Seth will bring in the ideas of how power pertains to spirituality, to our recognition of God and how it impacts functioning within religious idealism. Then, in the month of September, they will unpack "deconstruction."

For this first episode, Michelle and Seth evaluate and discuss the differing definitions of power, looking at the 6 stages that people experience and their psychological impact.
