THIS IS NOT A STORY. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. We are alarmed about our hometown of Minneapolis, MN. One week ago, police murdered George Floyd in the streets of our neighborhood. But this issue runs deeper than racist, homicidal cops. The time for complacency is over. It's not enough to be satisfied with the state of things, especially when those things are built on centuries of slavery and genocide. This message is a plea from the Editors of Sic Semper Serpent. We (*ahem, white people especially*) must take more action immediately.
