You know, as a coach, as a mentor, as a, as a spiritual teacher, and student and thought leader and all of these things that I am. It's taken me a long time to recognize that perfectionism is something that keeps creeping up for me, for me to deal with. 

And it shows up by the conversations that I have with women, with people that I work with, with people that come to me and that I can recognize certain perfectionist traits within nothing. Of course, I'm looking at me, you know, it's all a mirror. It's all a mirror. And when we get that we have the most amazing experience of life because we take we do what Don Miguel says, you know, we don't take it personally and we see it for what it is and so, I'm just going to share with you an example of this. I have a friend, a friend that I can swap some mentoring with and she is an artist. That is what she is, and she's here in the UK. 

And what's cropped up recently is that she has a set way of marketing because she believes that in her profession, as the type of artist that she is in her line of creating and displaying she believes that her work will only be acknowledged by an audience of people if it has a certain look and feel to it. And that is she goes beyond that look and feel her work won't be accepted, because there is a norm within her kind of vessel if you like of how to how to show up within the industry and we have had a few conversations about this and about perfectionism and her fear of being criticized and her fear of being judged and not like to add more approved off and obviously, for me as her mentor I can see beyond the effect of the experience and know that there is something else going on that is a thought process and a patterning within her that she is still believing in and subconsciously this is running her life or is running the way that she behaves in this arena.....
