In today's episode, we're joined by Juliette Sweeney, an author, marriage & sex blogger, and trainee therapist, as we explore the importance of figuring out what unrealized, unexpressed, and unrealistic expectations each of us may have about sex, especially as they relate to our individual experience. Like in previous episodes, we'll uncover some deep-rooted sex myths as well as explore a few tools and mindset shifts to help us have healthier sexual conversations with ourselves and those we love.


Juliette Sweeney is an author, and the founder of both Really Married (reallymarried.co.uk) and Pen Therapy (pentherapy.co.uk). Juliette is also completing her Master's in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a trainee therapist who currently works with couples and individuals, Juliette aims to focus on helping couples within her own future private practice - specializing in sex therapy. Juliette has a strong passion for sex education from a Christian standpoint and ultimately aims to inspire the conversations that we all desperately need to have, but typically don't know where to begin.
