I talked with Christian Krauspe (Twt: @lapsedchristian) about his improv with Second City and we both watched Martin Scorcese's The King of Comedy (1982), starring Robert De Niro and Jerry Lewis. The film is a darkly funny look at a standup comedian who will go as far as kidnapping his idol to get a late night standup set.

I helped Christian make some episodes of a comedy history podcast called First Tragedy, Then Farce that you should all check out.

Thanks as always to @Chrishellking for the show's music and @memorybloomstudio for graphics.
