Today on the podcast we talk with one of my dear friends, Mary. Mary is a mom of 3, two-time blogger and food scientist. She brings her expertise to exploring the world of food science at her blog food www.foodsciencesecrets.com.
I adore her work on both her sites. She writes effortlessly at www.rootandbloomforever.com, providing her baking expertise and inspiring women in all realms of life.
She talks about how to make your own at-home food science lab right in your kitchen! I love this idea so much! I am no food scientist and not sure where to start with this concept and that is why I called Mary. She provides mind-engaging STEM activities with helpful tips to get started, from adding pH paper, a lab notebook and simple questions to ask your kids to get them thinking about what is going on with the food. From the tools and experiments, Mary is here to help all moms provide a little science at home in the kitchen!
