Why is it so hard to stop overeating?  Why can’t you “just stop” like everyone says?!  I have to admit that for a long time I didn’t think it was possible to “recover.”  It felt way too hard and too confusing!

But now, a year after I've “recovered,” feeling out of control with food is already becoming a distant memory.  Today I want to share with you my journey to true recovery (where I feel 100% in control of my food choices) and break down the initial problem into 3 simple pieces.
