So, a few weeks ago I was sort of struggling with wanting to stress eat!  And, I was trying so hard to figure out what was wrong with me.  

I did so much journaling and introspection!  But sometimes, that just makes things worse, because I'm looking for the "wrong" things.  Asking the wrong questions!

So, I decided to take a different approach instead.  And, by the end of my 15-minute brainstorm session I was feeling so amazing!!!  I was absolutely loving my body, and I genuinely wanted to eat healthy foods, go exercise, and do some fun things with it.

What a relief!

So, I'm passing on my exercise here in this week's podcast!
