The Value of Diversity - Tepera Holman - a podcast by Beta Upsilon Chi

Tepera is a BYX Alumnus of the Alpha Chapter at the University of Texas at Austin. He currently works for UT as an Assistant Dean of Diversity and Student Programs. Tepera talks with Landon about his experience joining BYX and learning from the new diversity of opinions he experienced when he moved from a small Christian town to Austin. He also helps us define "diversity" and speaks about the importance of diversity in leadership and decision-making.
