She is hilarious, insightful and brilliant, and she models excellent boundary setting in the dating world and via the apps. Kate posts a lot about self worth, decoding men's dating profiles and the ways they speak to women (particularly when they are cruel) and how fatphobia is rampant in the dating world. We had such an excellent conversation - you'll notice this episode is a lot longer than usual, but it's because I didn't want to edit out too much of our almost two hour long chat.

We talk about navigating emotional manipulation, setting up boundaries, asking for what you want and the difference between performing sex and being in touch with your own pleasure, whether that's for women or men. With the little sister questions, we address image based exploitation, sexual exploitation and what to do if both of these things have been present in your relationship. We discuss catcalling and young feminists being so inspiring, and answer a question from a mother concerned about how to handle her daughter's increasing body anxiety.
