After the murder of George Floyd by a police officer in Minneapolis last May, protests against police brutality and systemic racism, and in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, spread across the US and then the world, to more than 2,000 cities and towns in more than 60 countries, including the UK.

In this episode of the podcast, we are talking about what the insurance profession is doing to improve equality, diversity and inclusion a year after the event.

We are joined by Godwin Sosi, co-founder of the African-Caribbean Insurance Network, and Ian Simons, Customer Director at the CII.
