Growing with my fellow growers #158 This week host @JackGreenstalk (aka @Jack_Greenstalk twitter or email JackGreenstalk47@gmail.com ) is joined by an amazing panel made up of @spartangrown on Instagram only (no other social medias!!!) or email spartangrown@gmail.com ,  @DrMJCoco  from cocoforcannabis.com , @brandon.rust of bokashiearthworks.com , and  @TheAmericanOne  on youtube aka @theamericanone_with_achenes , @pure_breeding kyle breeder of purebreeding.com, and we missed @Noahtheegrowa of instagram, @atgacres of instagram and products found on atgacres.com like the plant packer mentioned on tonight's show, aka "the best way to ship a clone!" as well as some stickers and merch available on site to support Aaron as he continues his hard work setting up his new operation in Oklahoma.  This weeks show we talk a lot about the flavors available, what we have, what is popular around us and what we are looking for and want to find for aroma and flavor.  We also mention the importance of effects and discuss a lot of genetic lineages, and backgrounds of some "old school" varieties, highlighting their importance as well as their desirability.  We discuss some new seeds Kyle has picked up recently, as well as some seeds Brandon has made and put out to the community, and the differences between the parent genetics he is using in some of his work.  Kyle teases some of his upcoming Collab's and breeding projects as well as highlights some other breeders he is excited to hunt thru seeds to potentially do some of his own work with.  Toward the second half of the show the topic is more talking generally about policy updates in Oklahoma and how changing laws will impact the current state of affairs, and why that may or may not be so good for their currently booming market.  We learn and update, that unfortunately the system metrc has made their way into OK creating a future of massive amounts of plastic waste, and money scraped out of OK community that would otherwise be staying in state. Spartan also weighs in on the importance of advocacy, gives updates about Michigan and the laws, and highlights some areas who can act to make positive change for a greener friendly Michigan moving forward.  We also have a discussion about lighting and how much it has advanced over recent years, from rise in efficiency to lowering of cost, to improving fixtures footprints for better spread etc. All this and more, tune in to catch this weeks growing with my fellow growers.
