Judge Jim Gray and his guest, Major Neill Franklin, Ret. from the Baltimore Police Department and now the Executive Director of Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP), discuss with specifics how our great nation's policy of Drug Prohibition has been an abject failure. We lead the world in incarcerating our people, illicit drugs are freely available, especially to our children, and our drug money causing violence and corruption here and all around the world. We couldn't do it worse if we tried!

But we have hope, because if we regulate and control marijuana like wine, and bring these other sometimes dangerous and addicting drugs under the control and guidance of medical professionals, like has happened in Switzerland for years, harmful drug usage will go down, and so will the crime and violence.

So help us repeal Drug Prohibition!
