This group is neutral and a-political: the only concern being to help people recover, physically and mentally, from trauma, and have the flexibility to do so. No government bureaucracy can match these results. And the care often continues long after they have departed! Today there are more than 43,000 people in this movement, of which 90% are from the host countries.
