Johnny says before COVID-19 businesses loved using buzzwords like ‘agility’ and ‘adaptability,’ now they’re forced to turn those words into action. 

In the second part of the show, Jeffrey talks to Jed Ayres, the CEO of IGEL Technology. IGEL offers companies of all sizes USB-style drives that gives remote workers secure access to the computer systems they need to do their jobs. Jed took over as CEO of IGEL’s North American Division just days before the pandemic took hold in the U.S. He and Jeffrey talk about how he’s trying to inject direction and positivity into his team during this strange time.
