UW-Madison will be hosting a one-hour virtual listening session on April 12 at 1 p.m. to gather the public's input on the future of its educational programs.

CNN Business shared how Wheyward Spirit, a California distillery is taking leftover whey and turning it into alcoholic beverages. They explained how 95 percent of liquid whey is water and contains enough lactose sugars to ferment into alcohol.
