ICRC Africa - a podcast by Channel Africa

In marking Africa Day, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) yesterday launched a tool which seeks to promote International Humanitarian Law - the rules and principles governing armed conflict, commonly referred to as IHL. The ICRC's African Customs in War Tool is the outcome of a research examining the historical relationship between Africa and IHL.
