Gender based violence in South Africa - a podcast by Channel Africa

South Africa is marking 27 years of freedom at a time when the impact of COVID-19 pandemic has been devastating with respect to a whole range of human rights especially social, economic and cultural rights. Gender based violence remains a big challenge for governments all over. In South Africa efforts have been put in place to address it and highlight the pandemic but women are still economically impacted through Gender Based Violence.
