We have all been told that fear is bad and that we should avoid it. That fear itself is the enemy. I grew up hearing that and reading about it, over and over again.

But I have come to believe that fear can be a valuable partner. It can help remind you that you are human and can still fall if you don't do everything in your power to keep climbing.
