In this episode, I talk about the ever sensitive topic of pricing voice over work. I believe the challenge we face is based on the personal nature of voice over. Since everyone wants us to be who we are and "real", we fall into the trap of thinking that means we need to charge based on what we think we are worth as individuals.

But I want to offer another idea ... we are actors! The characters we play imitate real people. There is no way to put a price on "Who We Are" because we are invaluable.
