The questions we ask determine the answers we generate. And those answers determine whether we move forward or not.

Now, we would think that our brain would use that information to figure out WHAT TO DO to fix it. But our brains don't operate that way. Your brain will only give you the answer you ask it for.

So, instead of asking "Why I am not ..." ask, "How can I ...?"

The difference in wording is subtle, but it triggers a whole different reaction in your brain. One is rooted in the past and analysis, and the other is solution-oriented.

We want the one that gives us positive solutions :)
